If you contact us by Email or by post, Rampal Latour promises to reply within 2 working days (from the time we receive your post or Email).

b)      Right of withdrawal
In the event that a Client wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal and to return merchandise, Rampal Latour invites the Client to contact Customer Services which will indicate the procedure to follow and provide the necessary return note to be completed.

–          Return by the exercising of one’s right of withdrawal:
The Client is entitled to change his mind and to cancel his order for whatever reason within a delay of 15 working days of receipt of the Products either by himself of by a Recipient of the order.
If the Client chooses to cancel his order, Rampal Latour will either exchange the Products or reimburse the Client:
a. the total sum of the order corresponding to the cancellation of the Products
b. the delivery costs incurred by the Client for the delivery of the Products within a maximum of thirty(30) working days from the date of withdrawal.
If the Client chooses to cancel his order, he shall have a maximum of 15 working days, from the date of notification made to Rampal Latour to exercise his right of withdrawal, in which to return the Products for which he is exercising his right of withdrawal, to Rampal Latour at his own expense and in perfect condition. Rampal Latour will not reimburse the expenses incurred (expenses incurred by the Client to return the Products) and in the event of failure to do so, Rampal Latour will exert their right to invoice the Client for the costs incurred to recover these Products.
In the event of a problem, Rampal Latour requests the Client to contact only Customer Services.

–          Return for any other reason:
The return of a Product for any reason which is not covered by the guarantee of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, notably in the event of a faulty Product, must be covered by a formal agreement between the Client and Rampal Latour. If applicable, this will result in the establishment of a credit note for the Client. The expenses incurred for the return of the Products will be the responsibility of the Client.

–          Terms of return:
In all events, the Products must be returned unused in their original packaging, together, if applicable, with any promotional gifts sent with the order, accompanied by a duly completed return form.
