PROVENÇAL TRADITION PRESERVED

It is in particular thanks to our Savon de Marseille, produced since 1828 according to the so-called "Marseilles" process, that we are proud to belong to the Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant. This cult product, which has become a symbol of our heritage, bears witness to artisanal manufacturing methods that respect a centuries-old tradition. Indeed, Rampal Latour Marseille soap has been manufactured for 190 years using the so-called “Marseilles” process for which the Edict of Colbert set the criteria in 1688. To preserve the authenticity of the manufacture of this noble product, and to protect consumers, we fully subscribe to this tradition:EXTRA PURE:Rampal Latour Marseille soap is made exclusively from 100% purified vegetable oils, of which it contains at least 72% guaranteed to finish.NATURAL :it does not contain perfumes, colorings, preservatives or additives. According to tradition, our Marseille soap cube is stamped on its 6 sides.EXTRA SOFT :and we went further, because our Marseille soap is even softer for the skin!

THE SECRET OF UNPARALLELED SOFTNESS

Through careful observation of the process, and with the help of modern analysis methods, we have discovered the secret of preserving the glycerin naturally formed during production, while ensuring the traditional washing of the soap paste! Glycerin, known for its protective and moisturizing* properties, is naturally present in our Marseille soaps.
