Delivery costs to a relay point are free for any order greater than or equal to €69 (of products) to metropolitan France (Corsica and Monaco included), Belgium , and Luxembourg , for a package whose weight is less than or equal to 20 kg .

Delivery locations

Rampal Latour delivers Product packages in mainland France (Corsica and Monaco included), and in EUROPE: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy , Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.

The Products will be sent to the delivery address that the Customer has indicated during the ordering process. During the ordering process, RAMPAL LATOUR informs the Customer of the possible shipping times and formulas for the Products purchased. Delivery costs are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

The Products will be packaged in accordance with the transport standards in force in order to guarantee maximum protection for the Products during delivery. In addition, we use recovered cardboard, as well as recycled recovery materials in our packages in a CSR approach.

Product delivery time

The indicative delivery time by COLISSIMO is D+2 for mainland France, D+3 for near Europe and D+3 to D+7 for more distant destinations after the parcel has been made available by Rampal Latour at The post office.

The indicative delivery time by DPD is D+1 to D+2 for mainland France, D+2 for near Europe and D+3 to D+6 for more distant Europe after the provision of the package by Rampal Latour to DPD.

Rampal Latour makes parcels available to carriers between 1 and 3 working days after confirmation of the order (this period may be slightly extended during periods of high activity).

These deadlines start from the moment you place your order before 12 noon, for an item in stock, and on condition that you pay by credit card.

Methods of delivery of products

Shipping costs depend on the weight of your package. A price simulation is available in your basket before confirming your order. The delivery methods offered are:

  • La Poste - Colissimo Domicile without signature
  • La Poste - Colissimo Domicile with signature
  • La Poste - Collection point (at the Post Office, Pickup relay, or Pickup locker)
  • DPD Relay

If the recipient does not collect his package within the time indicated by the postal services, it will return to our warehouse and the delivery costs will be invoiced to the Customer. The Products will either be refunded or reshipped. In the event of a dispute relating to the delivery itself, La Poste's computer system (flashing) will prevail unless proven otherwise by the Customer.

At the delivery

You must check the good condition of the goods delivered upon arrival of the package and before signing the receipt of the service provider responsible for the delivery. If the items delivered are damaged or missing, you must absolutely refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip.

RAMPAL LATOUR is responsible until delivery of the Product to the Customer. It is recalled that the Customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss observed during delivery.

Late delivery

It is specified that deliveries are made within thirty (30) days maximum. Failing this, the Customer must give RAMPAL LATOUR formal notice to deliver within a reasonable time.

As such, the Customer may send an email to serviceclients@rampal-latour.fr or a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: RAMPAL LATOUR – Customer Services – 71 rue Felix Pyat – 13300 Salon de Provence.

In the event of non-delivery within this period, the Customer may terminate the contract.

No later than fourteen (14) days from the termination of these GCS, RAMPAL LATOUR will reimburse the Customer for the total amount paid for the Products, taxes and delivery costs included, using the same method of payment as that used by the Customer to purchase the Products.
